Meet LynnLynn VanLeeuwen is a highly experienced business coach specializing in leadership and performance coaching for executives of green businesses. She helps to create new paradigms where social consciousness and profitability can thrive together. She sees the opportunity to invest in excelling the development and growth of sustainable business executives. Lynn brings strong visionary, systems thinking, and multiple perspectives skills to her work gained through 30+ years working as a consultant on Wall Street to grassroots development in the Peace Corps, from earning her masters from Harvard in Business Management and Computer Science to co-owning and operating three small businesses. Lynn is an Adler trained professional coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Her unique offering is that she is a consummate designer of possibilities, has a keen intuition and is able to synthesize information quickly. She helps her clients turn their business into their vision, employees’ jobs into the career of their dreams, and the world into a better place. Committed to helping clients accomplish the extraordinary -- IN DOING SOMETHING BIG -- Lynn attracts high achievers. Her business has been recently designated a green business by the Kona-Kohala Chamber of Commerce Kuleana Program. Lynn also volunteers to help other local businesses apply for this designation. In addition, she is active in the chamber through a government subcommittee. To compliment her career, Lynn enjoys painting in her studio, snorkeling, and just feeling as one with the beauty of the surrounding ocean. She thrives with her husband, Randy, on the majestic big island of Hawaii. They met in American Samoa while Lynn was a Peace Corp volunteer in Tonga and he was traveling on his yacht, “Te Amo”. They got married within seven months after experiencing a whirlwind South Pacific romance that many only dream about. Today, happily married for 17 years, Lynn and Randy combine all the passions of their lives: living in the tropics, working at what they love to do, and enjoying fun times together.
